Im having trouble with this ERROR.

ODBC CONNECT32 TO [allrequisition;DBQ=C:\sd.xlsx]
What could be the ERROR? I have Updated Driver, SQL Native Client, MYSQL ODBC?
On SQL its ok but on Excel not.
