Hi, there is a situation where an outside component is running SQL Server FULL Backups. This tool is putting junk text in the physical_device_name column of thebackupmediafamily table. They explain that as long as we know where the physical file is located, why does it matter. Other than having the extra work of having to look up the file name elsewhere does anyone know what other issues with this situation?Thanks for the time
