Extended events - Ring buffer and event_file show different timestamp

Hi,

When running extended event session to identify locks i noticed that the ring buffer target set the timestamp according to getutcdate() while event_file set the timestamp according to getdate().

Why is there a difference between them and how can i change the ring_buffer target to show the same timestamp as in event_file

Environment : Windows 2012 server , SQL Server 2012
