The above error is show when i try to connect to my local database. SQL server 2008 R2
Additionally the sql server configuration manager do not show any service.
Rather it shows : Red X(cross) The Remote Procedure call failed. [0x80070be]
The service is running.
Tried.. Restarting service and system too..
